Welcome to SÁ ARTISTRY

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of our courses, digital products, training kits and educational services. By booking a course, a product or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and more.

Booking a Course

Your booking is confirmed once payment (or an approved deposit where applicable) has been successfully received. Course availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed. SÁ ARTISTRY reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where reasonably necessary.

Course Fees

Course prices are displayed on our website.Prices may change from time to time without notice.Once your booking has been confirmed, your agreed course fee will not change unless both parties agree otherwise.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment arrangements communicated by the trainer. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in:

  • Postponement of practical training.

  • Withholding of certification.

  • Cancellation of future bookings.

Students attending practical training agree to:

  • Attend on time.

  • Follow educator instructions.

  • Behave professionally.

  • Comply with health and safety procedures.

  • Meet any published course requirements.

Where models are required, students remain responsible for arranging suitable models unless otherwise stated.

Course Completion & Certification

Certificates are issued only after all course requirements have been successfully completed. Depending on the course, this may include:

  • Attendance.

  • Theory completion.

  • Practical assessments.

  • Case studies.

  • Payment of outstanding balances.

Completion of attendance alone does not automatically guarantee certification.

Refunds & Course Transfers

Refunds, cancellations and transfer requests are governed by SÁ ARTISTRY’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Students should read throughly before making a booking.

Intellectual Property

All Academy materials remain the intellectual property of SÁ ARTISTRY

This includes:

  • Manuals.

  • Videos.

  • Canva templates.

  • Educational resources.

  • Downloads.

  • Course content.

  • Branding.

  • Marketing materials.

Students are granted permission to use SÁ ARTISTRY’S materials solely for their own personal learning unless they have separately purchased an Educator Licence. SÁ ARTISTRY’S materials must not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold or used for commercial educational purposes without the owners prior written consent.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. SÁ ARTISTRY reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour significantly disrupts training or places others at risk. Removal from a course under these circumstances will not normally entitle the student to a refund.

Complaints

SÁ ARTISTRY aims to provide a high standard of customer service. Students with concerns are encouraged to contact the tutor directly so that the matter can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved promptly. SÁ ARTISTRY’S Complaints Procedure explains how complaints are managed.

Privacy

SÁ ARTISTRY processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By booking a course or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described within that policy.

Force Majeure

SÁ ARTISTRY shall not be liable for delays or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, supplier disruption, power failures or other unforeseen events. Where possible, tutor will seek to provide reasonable alternative arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Subject to applicable law, SÁ ARTISTRYS liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. SÁ ARTISTRY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses except where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

SÁ ARTISTRY may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on SÁ ARTISTRY’S website at the time of booking will normally apply to that booking unless a change is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
